Something just doesn't feel right about this situation...i think something is gonna happen with ca and palace. Newcastle are on the decline but are a bigger club, villa are a bigger club than palace...but we as palace have ambition and direction which these other 2 clubs are lacking...i also think sp is acting rather cute by publicly saying "we r deffo interested in ca but other bigger clubs are too so he may swerve a move to us" that quote will be remembered should we land ca

I just think we're in negotiations with him for a fee plus players. I don't want muzza to go but I think muzza and AG will be the player bait plus £8mill...but I do believe Super Al and SP have already put it to CA and waiting on a response...but in last few hours AG maybe on the move to QPR

Agreed, they are both bigger clubs and presumably offer bigger wages but in footballing terms we must easily be the most attractive option of the three. Newcastle have been in disarray for a few seasons now and the fans are constantly protesting. Villa are potentially going to have lost their best three players in Benteke, Delph and Vlaar and at the moment I can't see them staying up.

I agree also...i cant see there being a wage issue, I think all three clubs have put there cases forward and are now waiting on ca to decide where he wants to play...villla have nothing to offer him at all, so all I can see is a repeat of qpr's season in villa. Newcastle cant really offer anything spectacular and have justt spent £13mill on a striker...so the lime light for ca to shine doesn't fit...then there is us...speedy and classy wingers, a solid and quality midfield, team spirit and togetherness, ambition...footballers that want to play and be successful sand play for our club...its a no brainer for me and I hope he sees it how thousands of other palace fans see it...

and lerner is trying to sell so he isn't going to spend on new players. any AV fan should be very frightened of relegation.
