While the right continue to accept the left's language and concepts they will continue to lose.

They will never stop calling you racist or any 'isms' from their dictionary. It doesn't matter how true it is....it's a weapon that works for them as it intimidates and frightens people and that's precisely what they want.

People should instead frame these situations within the prism of the past and talk about whether someone was treated fairly or not.

Anyone who has been alive these last fifty years has seen the window on these matters continually moved in their direction. If you play by their rules you will always lose because that's the design.

This is how the left turned the right into frightened rabbits, continually looking for acceptance from the left. This is why our parliament has passed leftist laws on race relations, free speech and liberties.

This is why the Tory party isn't even right wing anymore.

If people don't start changing their approach it won't change. As Einstein said, the true definition of madness is repeating the same action, over and over, hoping for a different result.

Some background.

Colonel Bob is my local MP I have met him he is what you would expect an ex military Tory MP to be like. My neighbour went to school with him he had a reputation for sticking up for kids who got bullied. Most people consider him a good bloke, politics withstanding.

A lefty friend called him a racist whilst conveniently ignoring that the victim had been taunting him.

So is it racist to tell someone who comes to this country and causes trouble to go back home?

Bob also made the point that this guy accused him of taking money from the Bahrain government (he denies it) whilst at the same time the victim is freeloading off the UK taxpayer.

So what next:

I give up on these Uman Rights laws I don't think Bob is racist and anyone with a reasonable brain would put this down to 2 people who don't like it each other saying harsh words and move on. However hurty feeling even when the victim provokes it....

I am hearing that there are grumblings in the local party, Bob is getting on now and doesn't appear to have the energy he once had so there has been talk of making him retire before this incident.

My guess is he will announce he will step down at the next GE.

Erm, this guy is (maybe was) a politician. So you would think, would you not, he would be able to manage a little local prodding. He isn't Lady Hussey, who presumably is not able to keep up. Surely he should have known not to rise to the bait. I also wonder why Sayed Ahmed Alwadaei feels so strongly. You will of course remember the deaths in Manama in 2011.

On 23 November 2011 the Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry released its report on its investigation of the events, finding that the government had systematically tortured prisoners and committed other human rights violations.

It is interesting how strongly Bob feels about Bahrain. Perhaps his life in Bahrain doesn't mirror that of the Shia majority, ruled by the Sunni minority (which originally came from central Saudi Arabia).

While I'm not someone who really knows enough to weigh in on public sector pay but what is interesting to note is this:

To sit on the 'independent' pay board you need to be approved by either the PM or the relevant minister....Not exactly seeing how that fits with the description of 'independent'.

Also apparently they have never approved a pay increase above inflation.

Voters believe 'nothing in Britain works anymore' as they give Labour huge poll lead.

I see Gillian Keegan got slaughtered for wearing a Rolex watch, how disgusting.

Of course to the moaners it matters not that she is a working class girl done good, no dammit she's a Tory, light the torches and grab the pitchforks "to the castle men" err wimin err xyz blah blah.

It's funny how the left get so upset about Tories flaunting their wealth and yet never a word of criticism for all those rappers and other black stars who so conspicuously do the same whilst proclaiming their working class origins.

Apparently that is not the same thing that is all about successful strong black women....

Slaughtered where? I saw her talking about it on LBC and that's the only mention of the Rolex I've seen other than your post.

She's taking flack for lying about teacher's pay and talking nonsense about nurses using food banks. She's also taking flack for her husband's company being awarded £24m in government contracts.

I don't think any of that applies to rappers.

Really, it's been widely reported and the usual suspects moaning on social media. About the rest if true that is fair enough criticism.

Who are the usual suspects and what did they post about it? I can barely find any mention of it on Twitter or Google.

It just feels like she's just engineering an argument against her to elicit sympathy and to avoid confronting the other nonsense she was talking about;

"It's almost like assuming you're working class, you start working class, and you can't become anything else.

"I’ve worked for 38 years, I haven't stopped working."

Most people probably don't even know her background - to pretend that's what people have an issue with is pathetic.

Since the latest tory incarnation the UK economy has continued to shrink and borrowing is 22 billions a month and rising.

Never mind there will be a flight to Rwanda with some unfortunate on it in 2023.

The tories clearly relevant and tackling the issues, like Colonel Bob, which were all caused by Tony Blair and Putin.

Nothing works in the UK works anymore does it Rishi, still not mentioning the war I mean brexit.

Flash suits and bankers bonuses, soak the poor and borrow like there is no tomorrow.
