Why shouldn’t mrs ME get the higher wage and keep nursing. She’s earns the higher wage through training and natural grading. It’s stupid to then move her away from the frontline just ‘because’ the rules give a certain task to a certain grade. This might be where some want to be but clearly your mrs doesn’t want to but seemingly has to. Maybe the NHS feel the more you earn the more you do. That isn’t the case in most private sector jobs. Management isn’t for all and ME that’s not saying mrs ME can’t do it btw just using as an example.

I'm surprised that this isn't front page on the BBC Some background. Colonel Bob is my local MP I have met him he is what you would expect an ex military Tory MP to be like. My neighbour went to school with him he had a reputation for sticking up for kids who got bullied. Most people consider him a good bloke, politics withstanding. A lefty friend called him a racist whilst conveniently ignoring that the victim had been taunting him. So is it racist to tell someone who comes to this country and causes trouble to go back home? Bob also made the point that this guy accused him of taking money from the Bahrain government (he denies it) whilst at the same time the victim is freeloading off the UK taxpayer. So what next: I give up on these Uman Rights laws I don't think Bob is racist and anyone with a reasonable brain would put this down to 2 people who don't like it each other saying harsh words and move on. However hurty feeling even when the victim provokes it.... I am hearing that there are grumblings in the local party, Bob is getting on now and doesn't appear to have the energy he once had so there has been talk of making him retire before this incident. My guess is he will announce he will step down at the next GE.

I wonder how many police are involved in this investigation bearing in mind I’m sure there are actual criminals doing s*** at this very minute who won’t get investigated, caught or even charged. Hurty words are the worst crime don’t ya know. Still once cleared up it’s another tick in the crimes solved box

I am not a Labour supporter, certainly not in it's current guise. It's just amusing/revealing people still throw Corbyn's name about like it's of any relevance - I believe his preferred phrase for it is 'living rent free in people's heads' which evidently he is in yours. So no answer on the question of the report. I am anti racism and hypocrisy whatever the politics, Corbyn IMO embodied both.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

If someone is from Bahrain, you're not assuming they're from Bahrain due to skin colour. You've made a factual statement. There was no shouting back to Africa to some random black people - which might be considered racist.

I see nurses in the Socialist Republic of Sturgeon sorry Scotland are going on strike. It seems like the Tories aren't the only ones who don't care about them.
