When the pensioners demonstrate for having their measly fuel allowance removed, will they be labelled far right or thugs? Starmer better get on the case of monitoring oversize button phones.

Well, depends if they burn police vehicles, try to burn down refugee hotels and attack police officers, I would've thought.

Oh dear.

She has been forgiven by the BBS because it was along time ago in a far away galaxy.

Funnily enough they were not so nearly forgiving of the countless Tory MPs, Councillors etc who also made foolish tweets many years ago.

It does raise an interesting point though, at what stage does a person's previous social media behaviour become irrelevant?

Last week, 5, 10 years ago.

Were we all young and stupid once I would hate for some of my comments from 40 years ago to be dredged up now.

Cameron always said that anything prior to going into politics should be irrelevant and I think he has a point.

But this is politics Labour had great fun exposing Tory hypocrisy and bad behaviour, they tried to ruin Cameron for his time at school. So what goes around comes around...

After the pathetic caving in to the junior Doctors, the Government have done the same with the train drivers and that leaves trouble brewing, because after the holidays the whole of the public sector will come in for more.
There was no doubt then and there is still none now, that the Unions went on strike for political reasons and that they are now receiving their rewards.
Junior Doctors got about the same from Labour as the Tories offered but pay was not to be backdated because of strikes - Labour caved in instantly and backdated pay.
The Train drivers are getting the same as was offered and from memory the Tory offer included backdating pay - but the Tories wanted modernisation as a condition.
Labour have told them not to worry about it.
Utter madness.
I, like everyone else, want strikes over but not at all costs.
You don't solve the problem by just surrendering to the problem.
I am more disgusted by Labour than I ever thought I could be.
They will make the Tories ruinous reign look like a walk in the park.

It's all been going so well. Only just about every protest group is out and about. Who'll get pissed off next? Protest bingo.
