I can't see him going either to be honest. He's always wanting to leave, or apparently on the verge of it then it fizzles out.

Next season is a big one for him - he either turns it on at a new club, or Palace if he stays. If he does not, any future transfer will never happen, and he will always be remembered as never being quite good enough, for England, Man U, Cardiff and ultimately Palace.

Sad, talent wasted if he cannot focus and turn it around in my view.

No chance. He needs to protect the investment. Same as Man Utd saying de gea is the best keeper in the world, when we all know that he’s 2 bob.

Zaha has got no takers at present mostly because of his performances. He currently has no competition for his place. I feel that unless Wilf realises that he can be dropped he will have no initiative to change his lack of effort. I think Roy has the guts to drop him but i am less sure about SP

That's not a bad way of looking at it. There is at least an additional incentive to perform if this 'i want to leave' saga ever actually leads anywhere in future.

From his record of tantrums on the pitch when things dont go his way Im not sure if we can afford a sulker on the bench or in the dressing room .
Hes the player we either treat as football royalty or get rid of , I dont think there is any half way house with Wilf .

There were rumours Arsenal were interested a few days ago, let's hope there's something in them!

I have it on good authority that he has suitors at the clubs mentioned.

Hope you're right Willo, but it's about time someone actually made a bid!

Because of that the price has I believe been dropped to £30m?

Even at that price, who’s in the running ? Zero rumours not even his preferred choice .. who filled the position last year. No team outside the top six is going to pay 30 mill for one player in this market.

Just look how little activity is going on.

There’s very little value in him to anyone going on his last year. He and everyone missed the opportunity a couple of years ago plus. When the end product isn’t the greatest, they aren’t likely to want to pay the big wages to begin with, or £80-£100 mil.

With Arsenal signing Willian I think that kills their interest unless they move some players on. I'm amazed Chelsea didn't just stump up a three-year deal as he was one of their best players last season.

It did seem the stars were aligning for a move to Arsenal, but with that chance possibly gone I can really only see the likes of Leicester or Everton coming in in terms of PL clubs and I just don't think that either club would fulfil his ambitions. If a move doesn't materialise then Roy has to put his foot down next season and let him know that if he doesn't give 100% he won't get 100% game time.

Chelsea and Arse definitely don't need anymore wide players.

Only UK options are Everton, Spurs and maybe Leicester IMHO
