I am more convinced by Monk than any of the other names I am hearing. Monk for me.

I'm not too surprised that Monk quit Leeds but he does kind of fit the mold of the type of manager I believe we would be looking for.

When you think pillis, Pardew,Allardyce then Monk fits that mould. He is a British manager and that suits the Palace profile. He did reasonably well with Swansea who have fallen away since he left and has done well at Leeds. I think the football would be attractive so all in all he rockets to the top of my wish list. 25/1 in the betting.
