I dunno, if he scores half a dozen goals between now and the end of the season then he will be cheap.

Oh no, this ‘rumour’ suggests we are back in for sicknote Sakho. Seems like our budget for a striker may be in the region of £10m, assuming we are also bidding for Amadou? Surely we can do better than this tho? If we are pursuing Amadou at the detriment of the budget for a striker then thats mental in my opinion. Sakho is back in training at least we DO have cover there. We have no cover for our non scoring striker.

Th the beginning of this window we were linked with several CB's around the 10 mill mark. I wonder if we have signed a much lower cost CB in the form of Jack to provide the needed cover for CB and meaning the unused funds for CB can be diverted to get a striker

I'd rather get Leonardo Ulloa on loan than go anywhere near Diafro Sakho.

Surely we can do better than this tho? Hope that this is a lot of nonsense. Spammers housemate reckons he is prone to mystery back injuries on a whim. We would only be boosting their coffers to get a better striker than this guy with that amount of cash. Would probably do more good for ourselves leaving him there judging from above. If it has legs get him before Tues night at least. Edited by Booted Eagle (28 Jan 2018 4.48pm)

The thing I don't understand about this transfer: Why pay 8 million for him? I mean, it's 8 million!! For a 6 month period??

Passed a medical to join Rennes. That's great as he's not what we need.
