Secondly the Main Stands Safety Certificate, which is on borrowed time. I imagine the owners are just fire-fighting to keep the stadium operational, and longer-term development is simmering away on the back-burner.

Longer term development of any significance with a modern 35 - 40,000 stadium will only be possible if we remain in the PL.
