Your denial and arrogance is extraordinary. Truly breath taking, even when the truth is in your own post. You're like a child with a jam smeared face denying he ate the jam cake, literally no self aware ness. I know, he's like Vicky Pollard in Little Britain.

Unfortunately there are some these days who hold views in which echoes of discredited attitudes can be heard, if you have the ears to hear them. They accuse others of authoritarianism, whilst holding such views themselves. They deny it, of course they do.

You're like a child with a jam smeared face denying he ate the jam cake, literally no self aware ness. You are pathetic. It's really quite sad to see someone so fixated on trying to find fault with what someone else's posts on a football forum. Who cares? I certainly don't. The only positive I can see is if you are wasting your time bothering with such trifling things at least you aren't actually causing real harm elsewhere. The explanation is there, in my posts, for anyone with the eyes to see and a broad enough mind to realise that I was generalising in my initial post and being more specific in my second. Only the deliberately pedantic would seek to make some kind of issue out of it. Exactly the same could be done to many posts here, yours included. Nobody else does. Pathetic.

I was merely agreeing with your statement that "Unfortunately there are some these days who hold views in which echoes of discredited attitudes can be heard, if you have the ears to hear them. As you well know that remark was addressed, solely and exclusively, to yours about the word "fascist".

Edited by georgenorman (28 Mar 2023 4.55pm) It certainly holds meaning when used exactly in the same manner that your father would have. As in for actual explicitably fascist groups and beliefs and those with time for them. I agree that words can be misused outside of that context.

Those who commonly use words like 'fascist' are themselves commonly found to be associating with far left organisations and then claiming that they aren't ideologically aligned.....which might or might not be true...but it had to be found out because being fine with dishonesty wasn't admitted to. Still, no one has a window into men's souls....except them of course. It's only ok when they do it....they are often to be found deflecting for pathological liars for some imaginary greater good. Continually making accounts despite being banned to continue on their narcissistic self appointed crusade that no one has asked of them. No one's fooled, just bored with it.

Well I just used the word fascist, and I have no link to any 'far left' group. I'm not sure who all of this 'they' is, nor do I need to lie about my political beliefs to make them palatable to others. I'll stick with my view thanks, that a focus and anger at someone like Wiz, of course takes away from extremes in the opposite direction and that anyone with an acceptance of fascism or explicitly fascist groups is extreme in nature. Hopefully that clears things up for you. I, like most reasonable people, don't gravitate towards far left, far right, far anything. The real world tends to lead people away from that. The online 'world' not so much. Edited by footythoughts (29 Mar 2023 12.58am)

Edited by footythoughts (29 Mar 2023 12.52am) I think people can observe for themselves how you have behaved on this forum as to how seriously they can take assurances from yourself. What is this, your third or fourth account now? Seemingly obsessed with being on here.
