She does. She made it into a presidential campaign, but Corbyn was the one that campaigned like it was. He deserves massive credit for the swing in polls. It will be interesting to see the next steps for Labour now. Edited by Hansy (09 Jun 2017 11.00am) Labour just need to make sure they order enough popcorn whilst they sit back and watch this joke of a government tear itself apart. The longer May stays the more they will need.

No they can't claim a victory and they were along way from grabbing the keys to number 10 but they didn't lose seats and sink further into oblivion. They must be feeling very energised by what has happened.

Young people voted against crippling tuition fees and zero chance of getting themselves on to the housing ladder. The number of.people trapped in the private rental sector is at its highest all while the conservatives bang the drum of selling off more council housing and building more homes for ownership. When is it going to sink in that people trapped in the renting rut need help and someone to fight their corner not gimmicks to own a home. That's one of the stand out things Labour offered. Rent caps and longer tenancies which when you are bringing up a family you don't want to keep moving every bloody year. If only the conservatives could get their head around this and do something about it Edited by Michaelawt85 (09 Jun 2017 11.20am)

Corbyn is surely the biggest winner. Good clear message, and massively improved his party's position. May has been disastrous by way of contrast.
If you come to a fork in the road, take it. |
