And if we loan him and sign another we may have a decent strike force - with competition for places. This. I'd be happy to have him on a loan to buy basis. But we don't have great success with Chelski striker lons....

Remy on his day is unstoppable, however he has not kicked a ball in 2 years so he would be lacking match fitness but for a good price he is worth it!

I hope your'e wrong...but the fact that he's a fallback option and that apparently we enquired about a loan isnt encouraging. If its true that the club has apparently given up on Benteke that's a pity since we cant be far of the LP valuation now. No idea how much we would be paying for Remy, but we would still need another striker, and that had better not be Robson-Kanu

My hope (fingers crossed) is that if we were to come up with a more convincing set of add-ons then thats the issue rather than the£30m t£30m offer price?

What utter garbage. No sane person would ever spend 28m on Remy. 8m and he might be worth thinking about.

The problem we have EVERYONE knows we are desperate for a striker I think we will have to pay over the odds no matter who we buy.

Cant see us spending 28 million on Remy, unless its £8 million upfront with £20 million worth of add ons for champions league qualification.
