Im a Palace fan, and a 'vegan', although I dislike the stigma around that word sos prefer just to say I follow a plant-based diet.

I differ from the 'usual vegans', as I dont have blue hair, i'm not anti-market Marxist or 'loonie leftie' - but I genuinely believe a vegan diet has helped me in numerous ways.

I think people who are so closed minded to the idea should perhaps educate themselves, before formulating such a strong opinion on something they know next to nothing about.

Although I have numerous motives behind it; one that may shock you is a hereditary predisposition to cancer. Meat and dairy consumption are directly correlated with cancer rates, across the world, with numerous cases of cancer being CURED by a complete change in diet. No i'm no whacky that preaches peace etc, its just a subject that is very hard to find information on, but once enlightened, the facts are truly gobsmacking.

E.g. Showering for 2 months is the equivalent amount of water for a QUARTER OF A POUND OF BEEF, does that not even make you think?? Or that our intestines are longer, larger and are designed to process foods for longer period; we share similar digestive systems to herbivores, e.g. We do not have a predominant set of canines, like dogs.

Have a read and educate, before labelling others and questioning their motives - have you ever asked yourself why you eat meat? Tradition, taste and convenience...

That point about our digestive system is bollocks: our digestive system is nothing like a cow's, for example, we have only one stomach and nothing stays in there for that long. It is adapted for a mixed diet and so are our teeth. Bear in mind also that, unlike any other species, we cook.

Cure cancer? Bulls***.

So that would be to process meat products as opposed to plant based that are mainly digested quickly?

Eating meat tradition? Yes of course, 2 million years of "tradition"

Why do we cook if our bodies are so well adapted for meat, because we get sick with raw chicken right? A cat wouldn't

22 years eating a vegan diet. Perfectly happy and healthy on it.

Which part of "it is adapted for a mixed diet" didn't you understand? It is a compromise, so exclusively meat or exclusively veg doesn't work.

all nutrients, all carbs, all protein, originally come from plants. We don't have the stomach acid for raw meat

All steak has ecoli - if you eat less than medium you risk getting food poisoning

It does appear some food has properties which have serious benefits according to some research although not sold as a 'cure'.

A few of the cancer cell killing nutrients in vegetables:
Raw Carrots (alpha carotene, beta carotene, Vitamin E, etc.),
Raw Broccoli (sulforaphane/isothiocyanates),
Raw cabbage (isothiocyanates),
Green Asparagus (saponins),
Beetroot/red beets (proanthocyanidins

Big chest and massive boobs
