Don't really think location comes into it too much with many players but Berahinho's background quite a turbulent one coming to UK to find his mother. Odds seem to be stacked in Stoke's favour but none of us know what his thought process will be. Hearing their chairman on Talksport though just indicated that they were literally waiting for him to sign. Would like Loic Remy personally, seems out of favour. Reading between the lines this morning I feel that Crouch may go to WBA

Saido very close to a move to Stoke now,which may include a deal with Crouch going to WBA + cash. All very depressing,with Everton possibly lining up Benteke as a replacement for their Chelsea £57m target. Just who will we bring in,if anybody??

Gotta love this time of year Edited by moylerg (03 Aug 2016 9.40am) No, I meant what I put in my earlier post.. but anyway the point that was being made was IF the players thought Gayle was the best finisher at the club and IF they voiced that opinion too, why let him go?.. given the chance to play along side a target man like Wickham (rather than the lone striker role which was obviously not one of his strengths) who could've 'set him up', he may have scored 15-20 goals a season.. we will never know..
