I suspect it would be for any new manager, but we don't actually know the details of any supposed "restrictions" do we? Parish mentioned Sakho plus one, if Sam had stayed which, as previously discussed, would be around the £40m mark, which wouldn't be too shabby would it, if you add in a couple of loans.
