I find it amazing how those on the right are able to read things like the release of information by Twitter about how a previous management reached decisions, and be able to rewrite the laws of logic and mathematics. Making 2 and 2 equal 10 is always false. Drawing conclusions based on prejudices is always false logic. The Twitter releases showed nothing we didn’t already know, other than a degree of uncertainty about how best to handle a situation. We might not have known that but we could reasonably have expected it. That the right are so desperately clutching at these tiny straws demonstrates just how weak their arguments really are. I have no doubt though these are just a rehearsal and once the House committees are run by the Republicans we will have a whole lot more of diversionary froth which will waste a lot of time, reveal nothing of any consequence, and go nowhere. If you do take that break, please don’t post any pictures. I get the impression that once again you opine on something you haven't looked into for more than a minute. I contend you only read leftist sources, who deliberately ignore anything against their narrative.....Something many would find quite strange for a 'one nation conservative'. Ok let's go through this, what exactly did the Twitter files reveal that were already known and accepted? [Tweet Link]

Interesting though that a relatively new poster here, without the same level of exposure to your distortions, concludes that you reach them in “mummy’s basement binge watching Infowars”. Says quite a lot on how your attitudes appear to others doesn’t it? The truth is indeed centred. You don’t possess it though. You hold opinions of what might be true, just like we all do. Your politics are not in the centre . They are on the border between the hard and the extreme right. I think all that a poster like Berlin reveals is the shockingly unsurprising knowledge that far leftists like and read your posts, Mr 'One nation conservative'.

My politics aren't extreme in the least and has been the mainstream for the British for far longer than yours. They made this country great and up lifted other countries in the world. You are the radical, your politics are a subversion. As for your puerile insults: it's pathetic.

. I saw the story but paid no attention to it. It’s careless but these things happen. Every politician gets flack for something. As I have repeatedly said here I am no special fan of Biden. My only wish in 2020 was to ensure there wasn’t a second Trump term. The first was awful but the consequences of a second unthinkable. Anyone else was preferable but what we got was a seasoned professional who knows how to listen and take ad vice from a thoughtfully assembled team. Public speaking is not his strength. So what? He’ll be gone in 2 years. What’s much more important is what follows. I presumed this lie was aimed at the Veterans' vote. None of the candidates really have any credibility with them, so I guess it's of little relevance. Other lies were aimed at getting the votes of other demographics. The Kinnock one at a working class/ mining community.

Your petit bourgeois mentality has been a millstone round the neck of the working class for generations and the sooner we are free of it the better, and by sheer numbers we are the centre. Personally I think you're deluded. If the number of mentally ill lunatics is your definition of the centre then perhaps I'd agree with some of that. The number of people who would actually sign up to your ideas however I would strongly contest. I don't have 'extreme' views, you're the commie here. Whereas Social conservatism has been at the centre of all classes for the vast majority of history.

I didn’t say accepted. I said known. Whether you knew is another matter. As is indeed who knew, but enough did. I am too busy right now to answer in detail and could well be until next week, but for starters it was known that the security services alerted social media companies to perceived threats. It was also known that the social media companies took such warnings seriously and tended to react to them. Not because they were instructed to, but because to do so matched their own policies. There is nothing to see here but the desperation of the right to regain some of the ground they are losing.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

However, I contend you aren't aware of just how serious certain aspects are within these files. I will wait.

Perhaps you are confused about what social conservatism actually is....At the default level it's not a class thing. The fault for any murders resulting from lowering social cohesion within communities lies entirely at the door of your political beliefs. Pushing different ethnic communities into the same residential living spaces is well documented to lower trust and cohesion...That is true, whatever and wherever the ethnicity difference has significance. I note your focus upon only one aspect when our cities are subject to constant increased knife crime and murder thanks to your particular fantasy political beliefs which ignores human nature and is obsessed with shoehorning people. Realities of human nature are seemingly completely ignored by people like yourself due to your ideology. Here for example you blame me for a demographical situation I would have never allowed to happen in the first place. However, as I say, due to you thinking this is a positive, the blame is all yours, whether it's an extremist religious Muslim killing non believers or some old German nutter with a gun killing strangers.
