By doing this at the eleventh hour I'm not sure he will be as welcome back at Selhurst as he would have been had his departure happened under different circumstances.Sadly greed and no doubt his advisors are the culprits.

I won't believe it all the time the only source is Sky and Kaveh. When someone trustworthy confirms it, then I'll panic.

We wouldn't have got a replacement in with 2 months notice, let alone 24 hours.

If true then sorry but he's a prick. He's had all window to hand in a transfer request. Not one day before the window shuts ffs.

His stats ain't good enough for a big team so f*** knows why he wants Everton so bad? Not like he's on f*** all money is it.

Where does the sulking prediction come from.

I think he tries his best every time he goes on the pitch

I didn't predict it I said IF. Wilf is known to have the odd sulk when things don't go his way on the pitch

It is claimed he signed a long term contract last season as Palace’s highest paid player - without a release clause.
It seems only reasonable that he should have to submit a transfer request if he wants to break such contract.
No doubt the club who are seeking to sign him up will make up for any ‘loyalty bonuses’ or any other sums he is foregoing.
But at least it won’t be at Palace’s expense.
He has done well by the club in the past, but the club have also dine well by him.

If it is true, it is very usual as to hand in a transfer request means that a player foregoes a percentage of the transfer fee. There was an article in 4-4-2 (I think) about why it is so rare. Partly is it down to what fans will think about a player but mostly it is financial.

Obviously putting in a transfer request doesn't actually change anything (if it indeed has happened) as he's our player until we agree to sell him.

If it is true, I hope we get a player as part of the deal as getting one elsewhere will have become much more expensive.

good call !
here is the link to the 4-4-2 article

I don't think Wilf is very good at this game

Talksport have just announced this. It’s their phone in at 5pm, until nobody phoned in, which happens with Palace subjects because we all dislike Adrian Durham.

Absolutely sick and tired of it all now! Let him go and let’s see what he’s really made of!! He’s already left once and came back with his tail welland truly between his legs.
Sorry I support CPFC and this club will continue with or without him as will my!

Maybe fake news but I want to see 11 players representing our club on Saturday that are right up for playing for the badge. Not 10 and one petulant little child that has spat his dummy out! Let’s be honest Wilf has been more than looked after whilst at Palace! We owe him nothing in my eyes! COYP

£70m plus Tosun and Mcarthy. Its a done deal. Buy in one more striker, then sell Benteke abroad.
Management needs to ask themselves some questions over this. Poorly managed.
