Not seen Lineker do any campaigning for anyone. Express an opinion or two about some heartless attitudes maybe.

Sure. He's completely apolitical. And a good job too. How could anyone form an opinion without the helpful insights of a former footballer?

They are biased - trouble is the only people that can't see it are the left and the liberal bleeding hearts!

Who are “they”?

I watched Hunt deliver his speech yesterday. It was smooth, well prepared, even paced and amusing. He is someone I have long believed should lead the Tories. He is the guy to kick the right into touch as he wouldn’t take any nonsense for long.

The statement was also very clever as it addressed some important issues, whilst keeping the core support onside. Cutting NI rather than income or inheritance tax is also clever as it will hit working people’s pockets early.

A pretty clear indication to me of a GE in the Spring. Will Sunak lead them? Or Hunt? Or, if they really want to commit suicide,as some think, Braverman?

Didn’t suggest he was apolitical as it’s obvious he’s not a fan of right wing politics. What party he supports is not so clear.

Except for those who know everything, as some here appear to believe they do. Reading minds isn’t a skill I have yet mastered.

Suspect he supports the cheese & onion party as represented by that health food company he shills for.

You’ve delving into the realms of petty childishness now. You do realise that don’t you?

Ah, well. When I'm a grown up I'll know better. I now realise that being owned entails certain responsibilities.

Coming up with easier to reach put downs would certainly be one of those responsibilities. And not making yourself look and sound like a child in the playground might also be another.
Also realising that you’re way out of your depth might be another. I’ll let you sleep on those. Night now.

You're right as usual. What does out of my depth mean?

I suspect that the irony may not resonate with you.

Better take it as a warning to straighten up and fly right. There's a new sherriff in town and he ain't about to take no levity.

And what a welcome change it is from the usual site policeman whose gun only fires bs.
