Does anyone actually know how much we're paying Rwanda to take people off our hands, or has it not been revealed? Apologies if this is something that's common knowledge. Bearing in mind hmg is just about to give away 17 billion to ‘poor’ people as they can’t afford fuel, fags, beer and sky tv I reckon it’s a tiny amount compared to that.

Suggestions of ignoring human rights law to push this through... you have to wonder to an extent whether this is just a stunt and a means to an ends for that, and along with it how the new 'UK Bill of Rights' how that will impact normal situations of protect and the like. Look how eager the police are to 'politely' intimidate this protester using it (ignore that he's anti Brexit, it's irrelevant to the point and implications of the law) [Tweet Link]
If it's not going to impact protesting, why does he want a 'grown up coversation' about it.. and talk of crossing thresholds etc. The guy has a placard, he's hardly lookinf for ww3 Changes to human rights Diminishing our right to protest Internet censorship bill Removing ministrial oversight for themselves Taking over the electorial commission

It is a concern, but some protesting needs to be restricted. Some of these far Leftist idiots and middle class spoilt rich kids have brought this down on all of us. Of course, the Right have been subjected to disproportionate intimidation and censorship for a long time. The internet bill is far more worrying. Yes, loons have to be silenced when they incite violence by free speech must prevail.

Yes, loons have to be silenced when they incite violence by free speech must prevail. I certainly don't disagree that there can be protest that disrupts to the extent that understeps the mark. I just wonder if being that one man with placards is someone who needs a 'polite word', how likely they are to clamp down on anything and everything that goes against the government line. Thew wording of this bill is vague enough to make it very subjective, which is always a worry and likely intentional.

So more than 60% of illegal migrants arriving by boat are Albanian and mostly men. So much for the usual deluded arguments about poor war torn refugees fleeing for their lives. Is there a worse country in Europe for criminality?

Is there a worse country in Europe for criminality? I suspect most of the traffickers are Albanian as well. To answer your question, no there is not

Think this has been misreported , I’m not a cynical man so I ‘ll assume it was a genuine mistake by The home office press team and SKY , I got this from SKY [Link] ‘Government officials believe around 60% of migrants making Channel crossings each day now are Albanian, although figures fluctuate’. There are potential issues,

There are potential issues, How can they be 'legitimate' when they are leaving a 'safe' country (having also crossed several others) where they could have/should have claimed asylum, in accordance with international rules - admittedly with far less in the way of benefits and handouts...

There are potential issues, I don't have any facts however this is my understanding from reading the press. This year it appears that Albanian criminal gangs have realised how easy it is to cross the channel and not get deported so they have piled on and are actively recruiting from their own country.
