Really? Afghanistan, Yemen and Somalia are all havens of peace? This is another myth being fed to the impressionable Trumpkins in the USA via relentless misinformation campaigns. It's regrettable that some here appear to be influenced by them. For an alternative view, try reading this:- I May be wrong but I thought Trump inherited all those conflicts.

Trump bombed just like the others. An American President is up against the military establishment. From JFK to the present, a USA president is under intense pressure to be hostile. With all the hardware at his disposal and the distance from the conflict, the hawks rule.

Clinton was a hawk on Syria, talking no fly zones and defending against Assad. Trump was only interested in diminishing IS. It's not a matter of it's all the same. Trump was the first president to openly speak out against global wars of the last twenty years, started no new ones, and has spoken out against this coming one. And to be fair to JFK...and I'm not his greatest fan.....he inherited the Cuban invasion plan.....indeed, he refused the air support which basically damned it to failure. Tapes of 63 also indicate that he was against large military involvement in Vietnam. So while I agree with you that the military industrial complex is a thing and an influence....not all presidents knee to it.

As Biden has? And look how he handled Afghanistan. He's weak and predictable....His attitude towards Putin has worsened global peace and China increase their threats towards Taiwan. Biden has been a disaster for the US and for the globe.....He was always a swamp lying brown nose politician and he isn't fit to clean swimming pools let alone lead the free world.....ha...as if the word 'free' is even appropriate around today's Democrats.

I am a defender of common sense, decency and honesty in public life. Following the established procedures, developed and tested over many years, has nothing to do with supporting those charged to uphold them. Especially when this bunch of clowns are holding office.
