My goodness, yes, you are right.

I had completely forgotten but now you have mentioned it I do remember a Rashford penalty miss in that game.

A) To prevent ticketless supporters getting anywhere near the outer concourses and… B) Not having the necessary resources within the stadium to deal with the matter properly once they had got inside. Those yobs are not 'fans' or supporters of a football match. They made the occasion an excuse to get drunk and create mayhem. Must have been frightening for anyone accidentally caught up in it.

I can't get my head around what sort of person walks their child into a situation like that.
