No, not against the rules And I did not go crying to the Mods either, just in case that is your implication. I thought your posts had improved after the Yellow and was hoping for sensible debate. No point hoping pal, you'd be better off practicing.

I think discussions between posters and mods should be strictly private......though I have no doubt that a reason would and should be given at the time if asked for. I'm not arguing that we shouldn't be able to bring up cards on the forum because of course we should but I don't think a public review of cards is wise. As we know mods are not paid, they take their own time out. I definitely support the system of being able to appeal to the mods and them reviewing and discussing but subjecting them to publicly having to debate....potentially every card on the forum would be a disincentive to being a mod. Edited by Stirlingsays (07 Mar 2019 6.30pm) Yeah, fully appreciate this to be fair. I'm pretty sure I probably deserved a card, I'd just like to know which post was the tipping point lol I felt a little hard done by that nobody else got a card as I was retaliating to a couple of posters (if it's for what I think it is) but there you go. I'm not a grass though so it's up to them to police it. Does anyone know how long the cards last for?

Totally agree mate, didn't get a response to a direct message though. I think I had a yellow for a couple of months once. You're a good poster.....I've had a few yellows early on and a couple of rescinded reds. If you are robust and post regularly on politics it's probably going to happen. You learn as you go. But they are fair and discuss stuff so I'm sure it'll be sorted at some point. Edited by Stirlingsays (07 Mar 2019 7.36pm)

Keeps forgetting to log out as Bar Eagle before posting. I like to play around with this idea of creating another account and pretending to be a 'Kenneth Williams/Frankie Howard' type character who constantly includes 'Stop messing about' and 'Oooh no Missus!' in his replies independent of whether it makes sense or not. But I'm just not the second account type.

What a coincidence. Have you figured out the answer to that question earlier? Perhaps Maple can help you. What question?

The state persecution of Tommy Robinson continues. he was ranting something about people live-streaming from his home, wife and kids ? considering the size of the target on his head, it sounds like incitement to murder to me ? the rest of us can only imagine the pressure cooker environment that he lives with every hour.

Correct. The man is a patriot and hero.
