If Roy stays it can only be good for us. He has done a brilliant job thus far. Long may he stay healthy and enjoy his work at Palace.

Like me and the girl I'm dating. I think we both no we are alright but can't do better.

When I tell her I'm planning on ending things soon. She gets demotivated. Hopefully the same won't happen to the players.

It has been written that his disaster at Liverpool was in fact due to the boards lack of funds and the fans hatred of someone not from within a bin ...Something you need to KNOW.

If it was lack of funds, it doesn't look good for us then

Why rewrite history?

You can love him for being Palace's manager and he can still have been s***e elsewhere.

Sick of this nonsense. He did a terrible job at Liverpool and England, that's just a fact.

I think Roy is very good at taking an average team and drilling them in training so that they know exactly what their job is and what to do in certain situations. This is ideal for teams like Palace, WBA and Fulham.

At international level he would not have enough time with the players to drill them daily as he does in club sessions. At a bigger club he has to deal with better players and bigger egos and they may not take to doing the same things in training each day.

One more point

Brilliant job: by what what standard? We need to better our standing last year for it to be considered a brilliant job.

I grant you that results are finally where they should be after half a season, but that's not a sign of brilliance.

If we beat Brighton on Saturday and Watford to get to the semi final I'll be on board the "Super Croydon Roy" bus.

Yes, he's very good at making average players achieve the average.

When you look at the size of the club and the size of investment only Watford are achieving more than us this season (and possibly Bournemouth by 1 point). I don't believe in everything Roy does, but with the fixtures remaining and our current form we could end up finishing with our best ever season in the PL, especially if we were to beat Watford in the cup. I don't really understand how anyone can question what Roy has achieved this season given what the club spent? Bar one season under Pardew we always have a better second half to the season, which is pretty much how our games tend to pan out too. Win the next two games and we should start laying the foundations on the Hodgson Stand

One bad result with the England team when they failed to turn up, Hodgson like us had to watch them fail.
