Staffie, I wonder if you would be kind enough to try and track down the song written and performed by Hugh Cornwell of The Stranglers as the theme to the TV show "King and Castle" which was transmitted in 1986 and 1988. It has been attributed to Nigel Planer (yeah, Neil) Details: Rough With The Smooth / Nicholas Craig & Max Thanks in anticipation.

Todays first download is by Keane and a compilation of outtakes and b-sides which have been put together by a fan. This is in superb quality and is a wicked bootleg. This is the second such compilation - I haven't seen the first anywhere..... yet. If you like Keane, this is thoroughly recommended...... Here is a download link I found for :- The Theft Of Octo - Keane (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01. The Iron Sea Magic Shop Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 81.7MB (Including Artwork) Enjoy! Edited by staffie (07 Nov 2010 7.15am) Attachment: Keane - The Theft of Octo.jpg (52.90Kb)

Todays second download is a set by Rockpile which was recorded at My Fathers Place in Newyork 1978. This is in superb quality and was also recorded and broadcast by WLIR FM radio. I've posted a few boots by this band in the past - this is another great show. Dave Edmunds and Nick Lowe are on top form - a crackin' set, thoroughly recommended....... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at My Father's Place, Roslyn, NY 4.11.78 - Rockpile (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01. DJ Intro Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 120MB (Including Artwork) Enjoy! Attachment: Rockpile - MY Fathers Place Newyork 78.jpg (53.54Kb)
