There is no justice for nationalists in the court system. Depends how you define "justice". The courts try cases in accordance with the law of the land. Law change, often because of perceived injustice (double jeopardy / joint enterprise etc). That's when parliament steps in. The Supreme Court dismissing all the Brexit challenges was a clear message supporting nationalism.

In terms of this particular case I haven't followed it....indeed, I didn't know of it until posts on this thread mentioned it because I became disaffected from Robinson a while back. So I couldn't advance a view as to whether he's been treated fairly or not.....mind you I suspect he hasn't been because of past experience of how the courts treat him.....but it would be wrong of me to go beyond that suspicion. However, what I commented upon was a previous case which I did look into and quite frankly it dismayed me to see how crooked the state is. What happened to Robinson was appalling. What the law says is less important than who is interpreting that law.

Last year Tommy Robinson was arrested at speakers corner for .. Nothing anybody else was not doing. His aim was to support a women called Hatun Tash who had recently been assaulted for exercising a freedom to criticise the Koran. Today Hatun Tash was stabbed at speakers corner for exercising that right. Will the media devote the same attention to what was an attempted murder as they have to Tommy Robinson? Welcome to Britain in 2021 where you can't even express an opinion publically without risk of being physically attacked by religious loons. Well done politicians. How do you sleep at night?
