If you think that Tommy Robinson having to hand over a six figure sum to a Syrian schoolboy for telling lies makes me happy then you are absolutely correct. From CriminalInjuries.co.uk If you have suffered a rape or sexual assault in the UK you may be entitled to claim compensation (up to £11,000) under a government backed scheme. Some indication of where priorities lie?

What is your view on the victims of the rape gangs? Most of whom have been dismissed as “not important enough” Do they not have as much a claim? Or is it that English girls are not as Politically important as Syrian refugees

All Robinson was doing on his apparently noble quest was putting ongoing complex court cases in danger of collapsing and letting the perpetrators get away with it. Edited by DanH (22 Jul 2021 4.48pm)

Edited by DanH (22 Jul 2021 4.48pm) No, your view is what's genuinely sickening. Someone who actually was off his arse shouting about this years before the Times got involved and all you can do is repeat lies pushed by the mainstream.....the ideology which enabled the rapes in the first place. Let me repeat that.....while the progressive left in these areas scared the institutions it was people like the BNP and later Robinson who actually shouted about this stuff. The mainstream media ignored them....It's one of the biggest scandals in institutional history and there has not been an ounce of justice. Instead their lens wants to focus on those pointing out their negligence. In Robinson's court case the lies you repeated here were corrected and what Robinson did was never going to put those convictions in danger. It was stated. In fact the crap you just repeated is so annoying I ask people to just think of the countless times that the press have done the same thing Robinson did outside courts. Difference being that the left just weren't bothered. The state look for any opportunity, anything they can that would be ignored in others. This man is persecuted by the state and the injustice enrages me. Edited by Stirlingsays (22 Jul 2021 5.07pm)

Edited by DanH (22 Jul 2021 4.48pm) Tommy Robinson could not have prejudiced that trial. A fact stated after his successful appeal. There is a question of proportionality here. The effort of pursuing Tommy Robinson is uneven versus the (non) striving to put behind bars those who are truly evil. Tommy Robinson is used as a smokescreen, a distraction to move attention away from evil.

Edited by Stirlingsays (22 Jul 2021 5.07pm) Yes of course my view that trials shouldn’t collapse and perpetrators get what they deserve is sickening. Plenty of trials have reporting restrictions around them and the press adhere to that as there are huge consequences for breaching them. Not sure why you choose not to recognise this. Just look at the Everton player arrested - no one has named him. For some reason with Robinson your love for the man means you get over emotional and you cease to think rationally.

Regarding this libel trial I am not sure there is much to say. Robinson was sued for libel and wasn't able to prove his allegations, he can appeal if thinks he has grounds.
