And Corbyn declines interviews with the Media, Papers and podcasts. And when he or his shadow cabinet do, they slip up. That's not me defending the Tories. This is me showing it works both ways. Tories have had a bad campaign and May should of debated. I agree......Neither of them are good speakers or campaigners. Corbyn represents real 'progressive/regressive' politics so he does motivate his base but as an actual speaker he's a dirge. May just doesn't cut it either.....Still should have debated though....Not a good look. Not though it makes any difference.

This election... One side: let's try and sort this country out, tackle inequality, homelessness, tax avoidance, losing the nhs. Other side: let's look at grainy pictures from the 80s and use them to smear the opposition. Anyone fancy digging up some pics of May at Tory conference in the 80s where they were singing hang mandela?
If punk ever happened I'd be preaching the law, instead of listenin to Lydon lecture BBC4 |

She should of been in the debate to focus more on SNP, and keep Labour at bay. imo SNP are at their weakest, as they try to appeal with a broader policy rather than the one policy they already lost.

This is the point Theresa May has bought up with the other 27 countries as they have said they will make it hard for us, but you and I know once round the negotiating table things will even out. Juncker will be choking on his breakfast wine when the 27 countries star talking sense as they know THEY know they have a lot to lose if they come down hard on us. We must remember that Brexit is new territory for all concerned so it is best for all parties to be reasonable and sensible in the talks. Can you show me anything demonstrates this? All I've seen is statements to the effect that their priority is the interests of the EU-27, they want a good and positive relationship going forward and before any negotiations on a deal can commence there first needs to be agreement on the divorce bill, irish border and rights on EU nationals. The 100bn figure hasn't actually been endorsed by the EU-27. I agree that it is in the interests of all to be sensible and try and reach a mutually beneficial solution. Shame that May, Davis, Boris etc are doing their best to start us off on the wrong foot and making threats.

Given the general expectation I think Corbyn has had quite a good campaign and has spoken quite well. He's no Barrack Obama, but he's no Theresa May either.

The general public pay a lot more attention to an election campaign than PMQs. She shouldn't have hidden behind that as an excuse.

Though he may of been overshadowed if there was a more Centrist candidate. She shouldn't use the PMQs as an excuse. I was using that as to why she didn't debate on TV if she does it frequently. Doesn't really make sense. Edited by Hansy (07 Jun 2017 3.42pm)

May's campaign has genuinely been one of the most arrogant and complacent that I can remember of any party's in any election in my voting life.
