Trump criticised Biden for not getting out sooner, you can"t make excuses for Trump all the time, Biden is doing what the American public want, getting out of dodge, but will it com,e back to haunt him? Time will tell, the mid term elections might throw up a suprise.
The one thing I can be sure of, if Trump had behaved exactly as Biden has, most on here would say its what the American public wanted and that"s his number one priority- not worrying about the Afghans.

I judge people on their actions, Biden, his administration & his electorate all need to own this.
I enjoyed Trump because he wound up all the right people, it doesnt mean i have to agree with everything he does.

Trump actually got quite a lot of criticism from the right, especially in the latter half of his presidency.

However, you can be assured that if Trump had handled this the same way Biden has I would be angry as hell.

Western military incompetence isn't something that gets a pass from me.

Now with daesh back on scene the taliban will need the public more than they think or would like.

Do you honestly think that was an IS bomber today? That was Taleban controlled, in full agreement with the West. What better way to bring the entire evacuation farce to an end. Biden can put his hands up and say we did what we could but now its putting peoples lives in danger.

This entire s*** is so scripted it's almost embarrassing to have to follow it anymore. That suicide bombing is the ultimate get-out-of-jail-free card for the US.

If the Taleban were so sure it was going to happen, then why did they not stop it?

Their own have been injured. They will have friends so the infighting doesn't really make sense. You could be spot on but I'm not sure.

The Taleban lost people. The US lost people. And civilians died. And all down to Islamic State. The new baddies on the block in downtown Kabul. To be fair to the sick b******s pulling these kind of stunts, there just happened to be a German ambulance plane circling Kabul when it went down so some US casualties were flown straight out.

How handy.

I agree, false flag coordinated and planned by the British & US governments. Both were saying it would happen around today's date. Now the focus is being taken away from their sheer incompetence while trying to gain sympathy and blaming Isis-K. Nothing surprising at all. They can't point The finger at Taliban as they are about to release huge previously frozen funds to them.

The Taleban were part of it all. That is the point. Now the narrative is how both the West and the Taleban are being attacked by the nasty, and all of a sudden powerful once more, IS mob.

Meaning the Taleban are now a noble enemy also suffering alongside us.

You could have something there, I was listening to the defence minister today on the radio, before the attacks, saying an attack is imminent, I thought if you are so sure it"s coming why don"t you stop it!I also thought it would be a great exit strategy for us, then it happened, bit fishy!

It stinks. Its clear that this 'noble enemy' narrative is the line they are taking ever since our highest Army commander went on TV and said that Taliban were just 'country boys' who did not like corruption.

And this entire spiel about the Taliban warning of an imminent attack has been pushed for hours today, well before the actual bombs went off.

Supposedly the gates to the airport are being welded shut, even as I write this but I have to stress, that is from sources I would not vouch for 100 per cent.

Would biden really assasinate his own troops. That is what is being said. There would be too many knowns for this to be a set up IMHO. Collateral damage and friendly fire is one thing. Killing your own troops to garner a full stop is jail time if not the death penalty. Maybe the isis line is false but to sanction this is something else. I'm not buying it, sorry.
