Has to be a greater than 50-50 chance that Wilf will leave this window. We have a new manager and therefore no history with Wilf, we need money to strengthen, Wilf is our biggest asset, Townsend wants to play in Wilf's position and Spurs have already signaled they want the player.

I think inapickle is bang on and he'll be off Jan ..when we play Brighton next season I just want our defence to not gift them anything and hopefully 'with' Zaha he will ruin them like he did the last time he played against them, fingers crossed Sam will see we need to keep Zaha to open up defences and hopefully with the sale of other players he will have enough dosh to entice the standard he feels we will need, it'll be down really to how Zaha himself feels about moving again, especially after the last time he tried it.

No-one will pay the asking price, especially not a Spurs side who's transfer activity is led by the ever prudent Levy. We want £40m circa, they wont pay that. Sam will see on paper exactly how we have fared trying to get results with Zaha in the team and he will act accordingly without any influence from outsiders, we need Sam to sort us out and to do so might result in us losing him, I really hope it doesn't happen but Spurs are very keen aren't they, Zaha will decide ultimately.

Zaha like Defoe, won't be going anywhere this January. Summer may be different but certain players are too integral to be shipped out in January. That's one f the main reasons why January windows are not normally the best.
