I do think there are rules concerning contact between clubs and the employees of clubs prior to a match between these clubs. I stand to be corrected. If I am correct then I suspect if there are proven communications, the league are entitled to know the contents. The league may be seeking evidence pointing to attempts to affect the result of the match. If Tan keeps on about it, he may be insinuating this very point, seeing how badly his team played in the match. Then, if a judgement is made by the league that clears Palace, be sure Tan may take it further, ie through the courts.

The sooner this joke of a man gets out of our football nation, the better - he is ruining it - maybe he has a case, but surely the EPL won't let him win.

At worst, a fine for breaching certain rules - but any expert in the game can see we were just a better team on the day - the same line up as previous games - if we fielded a different line up, formation, then that would set alarm bells.

Don't think so, FA rules do not allow Clubs to take action in the law courts, Tan will do that to the detriment of the club and himself: the ultimate sanction is expulsion from the league.

I think he could, didnit that dodgy Italian non-tax paying guy take the FA to court over owning some minor Northern club or other last week, and won.

Taking the bungy jump since 1964. Never to see John Jackson in a shirt again

Sorry to see Lee Hills go, did we ever see Alex Marrow? We did January 2013

Yep and its the second time Leeds have taken something to the courts. If I was the League I'd just bin them. That said... I'm sure they'd then go thorugh the courts again.

If that's the case, what's the chance he will fail the FPP test.

THE FA have the ultimate sanction in football matters, you can not win.

ODE TO THE ODIOUS

I’m Vincent Tan
A handsome man
I’m Vincent Tan
And a Cardiff fan

I changed the blue
To an awful Red
It brings you luck
That’s what I said

I got in Malky
And we went up
To the money league
With a Championship Cup

I had a Moody guy
Who signed players why?
Moody and Malky both are gits
Spent far too many my Ringits

We are doing okay
So I sack Moody and Malky
And get in OGS
He’s just the best

Now we in trouble
Palace want do the double
But is alright
We’ll kick them out of sight

Ouch we lose zero three
Deary, deary me
It must have been fixed
Palace make me sick

Then I find a text been sent
By one of MY own men
To some guy called Freedman
Which give away our game plan

It’s a fix, fix, fix
Palace spied on us
It’s a fix, fix, fix
I’m kicking up a fuss

My lawyers write to FA
But guess what hey
That too gets leaked
Yet another Palace cheat?

So the FA listen
And not hear a word
Make big decision
Call me a TURD

After all of this
I’m leaving Cardiff
Let them go back to blue
I not give a f*** what they do

I’m Vincent Tan
A handsome man
I’m Vincent Tan
No more a Cardiff fan

James you need to get this recorded. This deserves a Grammy for best song any genre.
