Furguson is a massive hypocrite for breaking the governments own rules but shall we apply some consistency to our approach? Jenrick did not resign when he drove 140miles to see his aged parents; the PM did not resign when he came out of hospital and went to his fourth home at Chequers, when he could have literally crossed over the River Thames to 10 Downing Street. Trust one of our very own pair of commies to have a dig at Tories but forgetting to mention that Labour MPs Stephen Kinnock and Tahir Ali have also been publicly criticized for breaking lockdown rules

the biggest asset the U.K has is it is an island, reasonably easy to close the borders and self isolate, but it didn't, and there has been no proper lockdown, two people walking together and being able to exercise wasn't a lockdown, it has been handled very badly in my opinion from the beginning, the phrase "Lions led by Donkeys" comes to mind
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |

I didn’t mention them because they are not part of government, just as I didn’t mention the SNP, Lib Dem or DUP MPs who have been caught flouncing the rules. My point is shouldn’t there be a consistent approach across the sitting government? Don’t usually go for name calling but this ‘commie’ stuff is boring.

Obviously we can’t know how much difference it would have made but Italy were the first European country to go into lockdown and have had 20,000 more cases than we have.

Timing couldn’t have been any better for the government. The ‘we’ve just been following the science brigade’ now have their scientist they can throw to the masses and wipe their hands clean. Reporting going on that The Telegraph have had this story since late March, curios they chose the day we have the highest official count in Europe to break the story. Furguson is a massive hypocrite for breaking the governments own rules but shall we apply some consistency to our approach? Over 200 people work at No.10 - there was possibly a concern of further infection if he’d gone there.

Oh yes because we can definitely trust Leave.EU when it comes to figures. Very convenient for this story to come out and dominate the front pages the same day we overtake Italy in deaths. Thy shall not COVID thy neighbours wife!!

As for his 4th home, ffs it is a residence given to all Prime Ministers, uncalled for dig. How many “residences” did Tony Blair have? All this digging out the Government at this time is pretty boring and infantile

Just to re-examine comparing figures (data and statistics), I was listening to the radio today, and it transpires that just in the UK , there was a huge gap in testing protocols between sites. This may have lead to up to 30% falsely negative readings. Plus testing at 'the wrong time' would also influence results. So when the UK is making testing a farce, people can hardly point the finger at other countries and the figures they release. There is no continuity between datasets, sampling protocols, and statistical analysis , so comparing countries released data is verging on pointless.
