Are you pretending that Trump isn't being stitched up? A judge whose self pronounced ambition is to get Trump? Give it a rest man. Of course he isn’t being stitched up. He is being tried and will have every opportunity to present his defence. When and how has any of the Judges involved pronounce they wish to get Trump? I think you are swallowing too much Trump bs. Any Judge making such a statement would have to recluse themselves or they would be removed from the case. It’s impossible.

BBC Reporter keeps job after exposing himself. Well if it's good enough for John Barrowman, Saville, Hall etc. Of course in the real world the rest of us would have been sacked.

If you read the actual story rather than just the headline it seems that as no official complaint was made no official action took place, or could have taken place. Reading between the lines it seems probable that a line manager intervened and instructed an apology, after which nothing more happened. I am not excusing the behaviour at all but unless an employer has something substantial to investigate, rather than just rumour or tittle tattle, they won’t. If they did it would open too many opportunities to the malicious.

Some of the other scandals at the BBC might not have gone on as long had staff felt confident in reporting what was happening to senior management.

However the article clearly states that the man apologised for his behaviour ergo he did it. The BBC has not denied the incident just the usual word salad. If that had happened in my place of work HR would have called both parties separately to find out what was going on. Conveniently the BBC choose to ignore it. Based on the BBC's previous history of cover up I don't blame the victim for not wanting to go through official channels. The point of the article is that the BBC yet again failed to act. If there was nothing to the story they still failed to investigate and clear the man.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

when you see a spoilt child, having another strop. Look to the parents that allowed it all in the first place. Forget about the BBC for a second. Its really all about Labour/Conservative complicity in the whole phantasmagorical sh1.tshow.

Trump has been found guilty by this judge before the trial even started. You know it, I know it. Everyone knows it.

I read an article that stated that his property in Florida - is it Key Largo - is being valued by the Judge at under £20m but that it is likely that the true value is many times that.

What a daft analogy. Frequently children having a strop in public are doing so due to a medical condition which is hardly the parents' fault

That alone ought to be enough. Who knows what really happened? Nobody here does, that’s for sure. Trying to find yet another reason to bash the BBC is all that’s on offer here. The Mail has an anti-BBC agenda and is looking for any opportunity, however ridiculous, to undermine them.
