Well that all goes to prove that different people can look at the same scene and see totally different things. I see no racism coming from the "left" or anyone else who opposes Trump. I see plenty of concern about racist tendencies which is completely different. Dismissing objective reports just because they don't match your prejudged narrative is plain stupid, which rather goes to confirm what the report is suggesting. There is overwhelming evidence of why there is a need to counter Trump and all he represents. Those who continue to believe in this style of administration really do need to take a step back and start to see the wood for the forest they have become lost in. Loving your country is not restricted to people who think like you. Self declared "patriots" who want to exclude all those who don't think like them are a danger to their country, and not an asset. Recall Samuel Johnson's famous remark, "patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel"? It seems there are a lot of scoundrels these days in plain sight and not having to hide in refuges any longer. "There is overwhelming evidence of why there is a need to counter Trump and all he represents" Love the way you can state that as a sweeping fact without actually providing any such evidence. The real evidence is that the political parties and activists on the left (as they have everywhere else including the UK) have lurched much further to the left as so called "anti-facists, communists, anarchists and assorted other left wing extremists have become mainstream. Any shift to the right is going to be in response to that. Normal people think things like open borders are just madness. Whatever you think of Trump personally like Boris his politics is just another brand of traditional conservative by any reasonable measure.

The policies of trump have and are benefiting many millions of all creeds and colours. Untrue. Trump is just riding the up wave that started under Obama. Nothing he has done himself has made any positive impact on the economy. The tax cuts have benefited the rich, the trade wars have increased prices and damaged confidence and his unnecessary spate with Iran made the world nervous, the impact of all of these is only now beginning to be felt. That though doesn't stop him claiming the credit or his dumb support base believing him. For sure it's the policies that matter. When a dumb guy controls a disfunctional administration which produces dumb policies you tend to get problems. Those next leaders are likely to be Democrats and they will have to pick up the pieces.

You really want me to provide evidence which is there in plain sight every day. Just go read his Twitter. You really don't need anything more than that. It makes me laugh when the Democrats are described as being on the left! They are much more social democrats than anything resembling true left thought. Sure they support things like dealing with climate change and universal health care but these aren't policies of the left at all. They are just common sense approaches to identifiable problems. And the idea that ANYONE wants open borders is just a Trump myth. No-one wants that. What they want is a humanitarian response to a crisis and not a brutal one.

It matters a lot as ancestery gets you a passport. In these cases their passports have "Citizen of the United States of America" on them. That's the point!

Really don't agree with that. I was born in London but have always considered myself Welsh. I am sure there are many other people who think the same way. As O'Connell/Wellington said "being born in a stable does not make a man a horse.” You can consider yourself whatever you like. You are still a citizen of the United Kingdom just as these ladies are citizens of the USA.

Racial cleansing or the world champion England cricket team seeing as how four of them were born outside England. Where you were born is apparently not the deciding factor. No it isn't as you can acquire citizenship after 5 years unblemished residency and a lot of money.

In a more complete sense, where someone is born, grows up and lives may well be something that is important to a persons identity. Most of these ladies tick all three boxes. There is no 'go back home' or 'original' home to go back to. It was always something of a cliche to tell people to 'get back to where you came from' when they actually did come from those places. Let alone when you're holding an opinion about policies of your own country.
