If she is so "weak and useless" why do you think "the Tories will win as expected"? People will vote on soundbites rather than policies. Why do you think May has run a campaign based purely on soundbites? Can anyone recall a single detailed, costed, May policy?

Yes May is proving to be pretty useless and weak as a leader. Another U-Turn yesterday. I make that 10. Yet Abbott resigns as Shadow Home Secretary on the grounds of being Ill (She is still running for re-election as an MP though mind), and Corbyn hires someone that called his leadership 'untenable'.

If they win on Thursday, I hope for the country's sake that the Tories get some Long Knives out one night and install some competent people. Edited by Mr_Gristle (06 Jun 2017 10.06pm) Or is it when the debate is televised with a live studio audience she doesn't want to? It definitely looks weak but it's also smart, even if her handling of this election with full cost of old age care needing paying for, then £100k, then they'll ask consultants was very poor.

I thought so - the electorate are so stupid, they are unable to make up their own minds and make a considered decision - just like the referendum.

Doesn't feel like an election. There'll be no sense of hope or relief or anything. Just 'oh ok.' The Labour Party behind the front bench are a disgrace, David Cameron and everyone else unprepared for leave should feel guilty and the likes of Michael Gove should be permanently ostracised. People like the spineless Chukka Umunna are no better. This election has shown more than ever how insincere and lacking in political talent all of them are. At least Corbyn is sincere and consistent. I just see it going in a tailspin into near bankruptcy. My ballot paper will be spoiled, not that it matters with 60% - 70% Tory anyway.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky. |

Why just not go to vote in the first place then! In Australia, even in local elections, one has to vote else one is fined.Think it is 20 AUD for the first offence and 50 AUD thereafter.Believe the current exchange rate is about 1.6 AUD to £1.

The ones that were fully costed, acknowledged to result in higher GDP growth than the Tories by Oxford Economics (albeit keeping debt higher for longer) and would actually result in some much needed investment in infrastructure? What economics qualifications do you have out of interest?
