It was in Marazion which isn’t too far from where I live. I remember it closing and seeing it boarded up. I believe it has reopened and by whom and as what I am not sure. I’ll take a look next time I go there.

Well, the good news is that, whilst this dispensation was originally included in early anti discrimination law on the ground of ‘authenticity’ it appears to have been removed. Similarly there is no such exemption in the USA although there such laws only apply if you have at least 15 employees.

They were charged with discriminating against him because he was a homosexual. Clearly they were not doing that. Yes, I'm not keen on people being harrassed for personal health choices within a family. Stateside even Trump is speaking more sense than some about the all or nothing views on the subject.
