Got to say their right back was quick. Was it Yedlin? .

Yep. Thought their left back Dummet was good today too. Restricted us down both flanks.

Townsend didn't get a look-in against Dummett, a player who has played at both left-back and at centre-half and also in midfield.Last year I heard that he divides opinions amongst Newcastle fans.

Dummet will be the first thing the pitch encroacher says when he either wakes up from his drunken daynor realises the inconvenient repercussions from going on the pitch.

Looked like Lee Nelson peer pressured Omlette into running on the pitch.

OK, it's mod time. Nobody knows better than me how passionate a Palace supporter is. I also don't like giving cards or banning people. However, a little less vitriol and a little more tolerance of differing points of view would really be welcome right now. I'm bitterly disappointed Palace didn't stuff the Toon but it's over and done with. Comments like maybe someone deserves a ban are not helpful. It's been a tough season and it isn't getting any easier. So, let's show each other a bit more respect and a lot less personal attacks. Thank you.

With respect i'm not entirely sure that's true.

Happy with the result today three points would have been great but respect the point. If we keep on creating chances it will click and someone is going to get spanked.

I am concerned about Milo's penalty. His run up was awful and telegraphed to the keeper which way he was going. I hope he works on that.

I thought Benteke did OK today and look forward to him and Sorloth paying together.

We shouldn't get too down Mama was back and I think we will see the new signings once Roy has them integrated into his style of play. Everton next COYP show Big Sam what he is missing.

we must give great credit to waynes display today...kept us in the game in the 1st half, looked like a proper PL keeper today...so happy he has his confidence back.

hes took a beating from certain uneducated quarters this season but its great to see him coming good again.

im sure you will agree, form is temporary, class is permanent

Had a good game no doubt, he actually made saves that PL goalie should be making without any problems. Not sure about the rest of the drivel you spout after the first paragraph however.

Wayne has been playing really well. Out of the last 12 games or so he has perhaps had 2 poor ones. He really is starting to shine (not that he ever was bad). I do think another keeper would have been helpful, even just for healthy competition.

What’s this young Henry like? Looks like he will be on the bench for the next few weeks...

We’re one injury to Wayne away from finding out what Henry is like. Scary thought.
