I have to disagree. I thought she was dreadful. Very little in the way of commentary, but lots of background info. Sounded to me like someone who had read the programme before attending their first ever foot ball match. Bring back Alan Green. Maybe not. I had to listen to that tonight and I can't stand her. Waffles on about other matches, players' breakfasts, which way Milivojevic does his boots up whilst the game is going on and you can hear the crowd telling you that something is happening but f*** knows what. Needs to stop talking from time to time to actually think about what she's looking at so she can describe it properly when she does speak. And she has this bloke with her to answer inane questions when she runs out of background facts. Why does she need him when she's got a football match to talk about FFS? And at half time the pair of them f*** off to the bar and leave us listening to static. I thought this was meant to be the BBC?

All things considered, this is one of the best wins in my time as a Palace fan. Or am I getting a bit carried away? That was one of the finest goals I think I've seen from Palace in a good long while. Maybe Cabaye against Arsenal last season comes close. What a fabulous strike.

Well I think Simon's head is large; always involved in espionage. (Name that tune) |

It was so poor, half the time you have no idea where the ball is or what is going on.

Wow what an effort . WE looked thoroughly knackered in the first half with no energy and outplayed in midfield. Substitutions all changed that . Sako and PVA brought renewed energy and a complete belief that we could could get something. What a team spirit we have. I am more confident that we can get out of the hole we were in.

Honourable mention to Kelly who, once again, looked steady throughout and was composed with the ball. So happy tonight with the second half performance and result.
