I think there is sense in that....Sexuality interestingly though appears to be more binary for males and less so for females.....though still measurable via a spectrum.

We practically all have a father and a mother so in essence we all have yin and yang, masculinity and femininity. Though when we analyse what it is to be masculine as opposed to feminine or vice versea I suppose we are again back to a spectrum of traits.

Go on with that idea, it's a bit vague.

When they measure male and female sexuality. Males tend to be predominantly heterosexual with a minority of homosexuality and some bisexuality. Females follow the general pattern but with a lot more bisexuality.

There's some evolutionary explanation for it that I can't remember.

That's sexuality, but what about gender?

When we say gender...You have the physical differences between male and female. That's binary except for rare interstate situations. If we are talking mentality....I suppose we mean traits measured upon a spectrum don't we?

I only recognise two genders but from within that people are what they are. We all self define and others define us.

Freddie Mercury was a good example of how complex these things are.

It's not something I know much about......They are a very small group. I like Blaire White on Youtube though. She seems to talk a lot of sense about it....So what I know I know from her/him.

I used to think it was pretty easy, until I studied Psychology. Sexuality, Gender biologically, Gender identity, personality etc are so complex, and impossible to easily define, that I think I know less with any certainty, than I did before.

People are who they identify as, even if its something as absurd as a white girl identifying as a black man - because realistically, absolutely no one except that person can really have an idea of what is really going on under 'the hood'.

I doubt that anyone who claims to be transgendered and lives openly is doing it for any other reason than it being 'their experience in the world' and I think that ultimately, we as a society have to get on with that and just accept that if I can be who I am, then you can be who you are, and steve can be Eve, if it makes steve happier.
