Shocking display, can I have my tickets money back please ?

You are right. My Sunday paper had WH marked 7.5 and no one else even got 7 so he was Palace's MoM. At least a neutral knows what he's talking about.

I'd have Steeeeve In goal.

Hennessey should be dropped.

I'd even play Jules.

A good goal keeper gives the back four confidence.

Or vice versa?

No keeper would have felt confident behind that back 4/5 on Saturday.

the dignified don't even enter in the game

Indeed. Mandanda's record in goal was no better than Hennessey's, partly due to a poor defence. The defence improved, with the arrival of Sam, Sakho and Milivojevic, and lo and behold Hennessey's performance 'improves'. The defence has now gone to pieces and it must be Hennessey's fault? I think not.

I totally agree he was our best player.
None of the others emerged with any credit at all in a dire performance. As Allardyce said, it was "Unacceptable".

At 6'5" perhaps Sam could consider playing Hennessey at centre half. He can't be any worse than Schlupp

I think it was on HOL that I was questioning the signing of Schlupp - he is versatile but appears not to be up to PL level in whatsever position he plays in.

He is no more up to PL level at centre-back than Kelly is at left-back. Doesn't mean he's no good. He's fast and would be pretty effective ahead of van Aanholt or Souare on the left wing going forward if we could improve his end product as we have with Wilf.

I wasn't being over-critical of Schlupp as a player.I am not that sure he is a PL player at this present time wherever he plays.Yes he has real pace and is a powerful runner but he can be erratic and is often not in control of the end product.Maybe he will improve under the tutelage of Allardyce.

He's a decent midfield and full back, definitely premier league standard, but he's not actually had many games this season. Same with PVA.

Very much the case. I think even with our first choice back four, we'd have lost that one, admittedly not by 5.

Problem is, going into the Hull match, will our back four be any stronger. Maybe we'll need to take a risk on one of the CB kids back from loan - It doesn't look likely that Dann, Tompkins or Sahko will be fit by Sunday.

People said that about Bolasie.
