I'd have Steeeeve In goal. Hennessey should be dropped. I'd even play Jules. A good goal keeper gives the back four confidence. Or vice versa? No keeper would have felt confident behind that back 4/5 on Saturday.

The defence improved, with the arrival of Sam, Sakho and Milivojevic, and lo and behold Hennessey's performance 'improves'. The defence has now gone to pieces and it must be Hennessey's fault? I think not.

He is no more up to PL level at centre-back than Kelly is at left-back. Doesn't mean he's no good. He's fast and would be pretty effective ahead of van Aanholt or Souare on the left wing going forward if we could improve his end product as we have with Wilf.

I wasn't being over-critical of Schlupp as a player.I am not that sure he is a PL player at this present time wherever he plays.Yes he has real pace and is a powerful runner but he can be erratic and is often not in control of the end product.Maybe he will improve under the tutelage of Allardyce.

I think even with our first choice back four, we'd have lost that one, admittedly not by 5. Problem is, going into the Hull match, will our back four be any stronger. Maybe we'll need to take a risk on one of the CB kids back from loan - It doesn't look likely that Dann, Tompkins or Sahko will be fit by Sunday.
