The whole of the Ukraine is a war zone, most cities have been shelled to some extent.....shelling hasn't stopped since 2014, it's just on a full war scale now. Ukraine only targets Russian military and infrastructure, whereas Russia targets civilian areas to spread terror When will the penny drop with you?
