I know that you are chief cheerleader of the SP worship society but your responses get dafter and dafter as you seem to be more and more desperate to find holes to pick. Claiming that I think I could do a better job than SP is just rank stupidity and shows the increasing desperation in your argument. The next bit of desperation is where you have gone right through the list of football clubs looking for examples of poorly run clubs to throw at me and came up with three out of sixty plus clubs. Why didn't you cite Arsenal or Liverpool or Everton as examples of poorly run clubs instead of Blackpool and Charlton

I opened HOL on my mobile turned round in landscape mode which cut out the headline underneath the picture. Gave me a 2 second panic I can tell you. Not what you want to wake up to on a Monday. "Oddly enough I have run businesses far more complex than a football club which believe it or not is comparatively simple compared to most businesses." Are you sufficiently self-aware to understand how that statement comes across? Some football clubs are better run than ours and some are worse run. You can always find better and you can always find worse. Southampton for example obviously have an advantage over us in the current bunfight because they have better infrastructure than us. Your examples come from the upper echelons of the league and they are where they are presumably because they are good at this stuff. Mine come from down below and the same applies. Of 91 other clubs in the football league all but 13 finished up somewhere below us in the rankings and we've now been in the top flight for longer than we ever have been. Now, I do think Parish would have done better to dump Pardew sooner than he actually did, and I do think it would be good to have better infrastructure and premises and I think this is moving too slowly; and I also think it would be good to be able to spend more in the upcoming transfer window. Parish is not God and there are some turds in the garden, of course. But, some people have made a tremendous arse of this business and they don't have to do much wrong before their clubs end up in a ghastly mess. There are plenty of other examples. Another one of them, Airdrieonians, is just down the road from me. Clubs that were sitting around about where we are now in the league are now languising in lower divisions. And we have been there and we have come back. We very nearly didn't. "Comparitively simple"? I don't think so. If you think I'm desparate to prove you wrong then you do have a bit of a problem with self-importance. At the end of the day, if you don't rate Parish, good luck to you. <willo> NO more from me on this matter. </willo>

That is a rather emotive response rather than an accurate analysis starting off from the point where you claim to be speaking for "most fans" I think that claiming he draws a large salary for doing a few tasks is actually undermining what he has done for the club since he has been here yes.
