Again, no matter how many times I say, you still believe what you want to believe, which is what you do on everything.

I want to hire the best person for the job and what is best fit for the team. To even get to interview stage you have to be able to prove that you are qualified and experienced enough to do the job.

I believe that having a healthy mix of people helps provides a balance of viewpoints, approaches, personalities, cultures and experiences which helps better support our clients. We have a diverse client base and having a diverse team helps us ensure what we offer our clients is the best fit.

I do not think a team of people who all think the same achieve much. To put it in footballing terms, you're never going to win the league with a team of right wingers.
