Truss must rank as one of the worst leader's in our political history.
In the words of one Conservative MP,she is so poor, even made Theresa May look like Barack Obama!!

Maybe the elected Tory MPs should have been allowed to pick their own leader not 160,000 party members. It could have been a very different outcome. She's probably not wanted by the majority of her MPs but she will cling on to her position for dear life until she's ousted. I hope it's sooner rather than later because she's tarnishing the role and reputation of a British PM in the eyes of the world.

Same was true of Corbyn and Milliband, neither party's system seems to work

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

I’ve heard from someone who knows some Tory members and apparently members voted for Truss because Sunak is Muslim. Er, he’s a Hindu.

Which I suspect tells you all you need to know about most Tory members.

They of course have a point though. The red wall would never vote anyone in of colour, nor would the shires.

Doesn't seem to have concerned the voters in Richmond.

They’re getting higher interest savings rates so possibly not so stupid. Perhaps I’m overestimating them.

I often here those on the left make this point about whites.

So what, it's not as if 'people of colour' (probably the most trite progressive phrase) vote for white politicians is it?

Look at London now, or mainly Muslim areas.
