I say this every season. He will be sold when someone stumps up enough money and that amount will remain high until he has two years left. Then he will be sold unless he wants to sign yet another new deal. THINK ABOUT IT PEOPLE.

We're endlessly hearing about Zaha leaving, or how he wants to leave or how he should leave. So far that's all been wasted energy, and as you say his absence would be felt more than his presence.

I think when Wilf leaves the players will respond to the fact that they do no longer play for Zaha FC and we will become a better all round team. The players are probably p*ssed off with this non stop circus around him as well.

He made clear months ago that he would like to leave for a bigger club, and as far as I know, he's said nothing more (I ignore last week's Arsenal nonsense). The circus is down to the media, his agent, and us - yes, us. We keep the pot simmering with our endless opinionating on this site. Wilf isn't to blame for any of that, and I hope the players appreciate it.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities. |

Best for him and best for club, but this goes both ways - are they fed up of playing for "Zaha FC", or are they having a great time knowing that no matter how badly they play, they'll never be dragged into the spotlight for it. He might be sparing a number of them from a good flogging!

If he had put in a big season last year, then he would be very much in demand. Unfortunately he had a sulk, didn't earn his money and t***ted about on social media, and now nobody wants him. Jessie 'Lingz', the mighty Pogba, all the same, love being a big money superstar, but soon forget how they got there - and then the fans want rid and who can blame them.

For what we know he can do we were made very aware of the fact that he doesn't want to do it anymore, he needs to go and fast otherwise we will be in trouble this season.

Including the Bournemouth game, hes been involved in 3 of our last 5 goals. The season before last was his most successful one for us. This season 3 goals and 4 assists may look bad, but that's still 25% of our goals this season. Then add all the times hes been fouled and we got a free kick and scored, played a pass to a player that's made an assist, or freed up space for someone else. He's are most marked and fouled player yet pretty much all out goals come down the left had side. We can't rely on him to produce magic each week in order to give a reprieve to Roy's dour negative tactics. Our record on replacing star players is awful, as is Hodgson's (£35m for Andy Carroll). Zaha isn't the person we should be hounding out of the club. Yes, it looks bad and that’s because it is, there’s no other way to dress it up for someone of Wilf’s ability, alleged value and astronomical wage. Not only are the stats bad but his performances on the whole this season have been woeful and a sure fire way to slow down any of our attacks was to pass the ball to Wilf who would put his foot on the ball, walk with it for a bit, pass it side wards or lose the ball and look longingly towards the ref for a foul. He desperately wants a move and each and every transfer window we have this same saga...last summer it was made worse with his ‘brothers’ shenanigans and then with the sacking of his agent. I agree with others in that it must be a distraction for the squad and his influence has seemingly not been a positive one for quite some time now. On that same note and also going back to the original point regarding the stats, 3 goals and 4 assists ALL Season is very poor and had we sold Wilf last Summer I have no doubt that a half decent young replacement would have surpassed both of those tallies with ease and on significantly less wages and with a slice of the the transfer fee left over to spend elsewhere.
