But there is in European Law under the terms of the Dublin Convention

But no for long. Also they have to claim asylum in another EU country first

I have prepared one of my own time capsules. I have placed some rather large samples of dynamite, gunpowder and nitroglycerin. My time capsule is set to go off in the year 3000. It will show them what we are really like.

Funny how not everyone resents it though.

Yeah...I mean look at white flight in London.....I mean some people actually stayed.

That's alright then isn't it.....no lies told to people about what would happen were there.

The words about your change of loyalties changing as you stepped off the plane were from you Steve, not me.

I can't help it that you change your arguments to suit the points you make.

Not guilty.

What an absurd argument.

This is just the kind of twaddle that you wheel out when you know that you cannot defend your position logically.

Do you think we should have allowed half of Germany here after WW2?

You live in a deluded world of guilt and irrational, self destructive morality.

if you are doing that then maybe the rest of us should start donating money to UKiP ?

just to balance things out a little.

What did I miss?

I thought the Dublin Regulation states that you can only claim asylum in one EU country but not that it has to be done in the first EU country to which you arrive.

''There is no legal duty or obligation on the asylum seeker to claim and remain in the first safe country and an asylum seeker who moves on is not breaking the law by doing so or disqualifying themselves from refugee status. ''

what you missed is the total disregard for the rules by governments across Western Europe.

Dublin regulation ? have a look and see how the Dublin Government is colonising all the small towns in ireland with 'direct provision centres'....hundreds of military-age men being planted into disused Hotels to wreak havoc in the local economy/demographics/culture. At the taxpayers expense.

google...moville Donegal, Ballaghadereen, Lisdoonvarna, Wicklow town, rooskey etc etc. Its a colonisation more shameful than the Plantation of Ulster 400 years ago. All of these economic migrants have passed through many countries en route.

Love it

And Versailles is always peaceful, Paris not polluted, Geneva never sees abuse of prisoners.

I think you're misquoting what I actually wrote but given the absence of any worthwhile search facility I can't prove it.

In any case I feel no particular loyalty to any nation state so don't see how that would change simply by getting off an airplane.

As you define their need no you're right they don't. But then you don't define their need, they do.
