Been my first choice in the last 2 manager appointments for us. Strangely this time I'm more with Silva but I think Dyche has a proven record with a lesser quality squad and he style is Palace. I can see him fancying it as well, he would have a top half squad and money to spend.

According to this mirror report :- 1m compensation to Burnley could be enough to tempt dyche to Palace.

I like the project he could build at selhurst. He's been at Burnley since 2012.

Not sure he would have the gravitas to inspire our big-name players. We just had an ex-England manager with a 100% record in international games so need to keep at that kind of level.

Michael Laudrup, please. Plus, we'll get loads of female Danish tourists at Selhurst.

I recall Dyche as a player at Millwall.
I believe he was there at the same time as current Millwall manager and assistant Harris and Livermore.
Also I think he was there at the same time as Darren Ward,Tuttle,Matt Lawrence and possibly Claridge.

Dyche is a very good shout.not my first choice but think this might just happen as Parish likes a English manager which might put Hodgson in the frame also

Personally I favour Dyche.
More experience at PL level and whilst he went down with Burnley he took them up straight away which is some feat.
Cannot see Silva doing that - might look for the 'Exit' door if he hasn't already been shown it !

I'd love a Mancini or Blanc or hiddink but dyche knows the championship and could find players that could step up. Much prefer dyche to silva. If we were relegated (hope not) , dyche has got Burnley promoted twice.

And of course, promotion back to the PL might enter the equation ! Dyche has got Burnley promoted to the PL twice as you have mentioned.

Trippier would be nice aswell- he work with trips at Burnley.
