He went two up after being down by 2 goals, it's clear the rest of the team prefer that way of playing, but his f***ing ego knows no bounds, and he will insist no doubt, that we were ublucky, yes we were AP we were unlucky you couldn't organise a f*** in a brothel with a bag of used fiftys.

Bet he could. Has done ok during team bonding golf afternoons without the manager.

Like all the anti-AP crowd you ignore anything good and choose only the negatives to continuously soap-box your opinions, you are entitled to them but they prevent you from enjoying supporting the club at its finest point in history. You are a modern day fan, a self-entitled brat who has forgotten what its actually all about ironically because of the success the club has had in recent years. As ive said a few times, sometimes I feel like relegation would be a bonus just to send you lot into a real meltdown whereby you disappear up your own rear ends and find something else to focus your projectile vomiting on.

We will still be renewing our season tickets as before 2013.

Right lets get things stright from the kick off (something AP might try doing) I love palace I've had a season ticket for years, I've watched us be four down to scunthorpe by half time. I've been a supporter since the very early 80's. I love Palace.

What I'm trying to point out and been called a c*** for my trouble, is that AP has no track record of being able to turn any bad run around, making last seasons piss poor run very very relevant this season, as the run continues and more defensive naivety surfaces today that cost us points.

I am not alone in my opinion either. I watched the game and the commentator did say Thats what happens when you leave one at home.

It might only be November, but we have played 11 games and have 11 points, with Burnley, WBA, and Wet Spam all beating us. We have a very talented squad, and we are losing to s***. He is just consitantly giving teams a 45 minute head start, and if I chose to question that, I'm not a c***, I'm just not a sheep.

I never said you were a c***, and i dont think you are either. I've been going longer than you and i am still just as passionate but i guess also, a sense of calm has come with age. I hate losing but we are where we are. I know you said you wanted fat sam but i disagree. SP and the others will take action when they deem it necessary and i reckon he will get to christmas and aee where we are then. No point in getting stressed cos we have no say whatsoever. Remember the sad geprdies tried and AP still dodnt get sacked. He left of his own accord. Not gone great since then for them has it.?

Just to add I've got no problem with people digging the manager out over results it's this obsession of getting a manager in to play direct negative football to drag out goalless draws. Really ?

hahaha trendy bearded one, tell me hows the skinny jeans going these days ?

As I've explained and as anyone who knows me will tell you I am Palace through and through and have been home and away for years and years. I love Palace,I just don't happen to love to AP like you lot. His record or win ratio is beyond s***.

As for other managers, that's also a hard question to answer as lets be honest we have had bargain basement managers since we got promoted, so we are in no position to question other managers like Allardyce's credentials as we simply have never had someone of his quality.

AP is a young manager who seems to have a massive ego problem, well documented by new castle fans who we all includding me slagged off. But they are right, or at least appear to be.

I wear my heart on my sleave and am passionate about my club, and when I see it going tits up, I think Over the 30 odd years of supporting the club I have a right to say so.

And to be honest not you or the gobshyte that is citizen smudge will stop me calling the current performances for what they are. Naive.

Whatever our thoughts on AP and many of us on here have wildly differing views we all want Palace to do well.
At the moment and for the last 10 months (other than the Cup) we haven't.
So - either the players are not good enough or the Manager isn't doing his job properly.
Our players on paper are good enough to finish in the top 10 if organised and directed and managed properly.
In my opinion that is not happening - I don't see a team with spirit or a game plan nowadays.
I don't expect us to win the League or get into Europe but I do want to see improvements.
Our playing staff has improved - even though some good players have been let go - but we are still doing badly - why?
The Manager has been supported financially and seems to get his way on most things but still we can't get it right.
Think about this - how many points would you have expected from the following games - West Brom (h), Bournemouth (h), West Ham (h), Burnley - I expected 7/8 points in all honesty - instead we have one point from those games and we have scored three goals and let in 6.
Just not good enough - and this against teams who we need to get points off.
I am convinced that AP will take us down if we are not careful.
Let's see what the Owners think.
PS - we will probably beat City in two weeks time - that would be just like CPFC!!

I agree with you. There is no magic bullet in circumstances like this. Whatever the problems are, getting rid of the manager isn't the solution. Getting Allardyce in smacks of desperation or worse, madness. For a club of our stature, there are no better (available) options than Pardew.

So buckle up and stay on the rollercoaster. Hasn't that always been the defining characteristic of supporting Palace? Enjoy.

I don't think AP will get us relegated but if it's looking likely then I believe SP will act when the preferred candidate is available and before a bigger club try to attract him before us.

SP would welcome someone like Allardyce without the procrastinating before because our long term plans simply cannot be put at risk because of 'transition' or possession with a defence like a sieve type approach to every game.

We will see. Quite frankly I couldn't give a sh1t who it is as long as we don't play 30% possession for 3,4,5 seasons. If AP fails and gets sacked it means we're in trouble so that's why I don't want him sacked.

I never see other teams giving the ball away as much as we do. Surely ball retention is practiced in training!? Last few games I've watched us play I just end up shouting at the tv because we keep giving the ball away.

2-2 today
1-0 then 1-1 vs Liverpool
1-2 at Sunderland then Sako trundles on and Chungy who'd been like a whippet in recent weeks kept his tracksuit on.

The list goes on and on. The one time AP ground out a result was 1-1 at Swansea. I cannot remember any others. It's all out or nothing. Prem points are a bit more valuable than that.

A shame to see so many personal insults flying around between fans who all want the best for the club.

Sam isn't the answer. Notwithstanding the fact that he is under investigation anyway.

Pards is definitely pushing his luck, but I don't think that changing now is the answer. I also think that there isn't an obvious replacement for him.
