This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle Yes its all very smoke and mirrors (pun intended ) could it be possible that all the no news from Parish and Wilf is just a stance as to say when there is something to say we will say it, and we are not going to comment on fake journalism or speculation . Remember last year when this thread first started and a guy who was getting an autograph from Wilf asked him if he is leaving Wilf reply was " why does everyone think im leaving ? im a palace player ! nothings changed " .Imagine the joy and relief when the window shuts and Wilf is still a palace player . COYP

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle I am still waiting for Palace to post a video on Twitter showing Wilf back in training, as they did with Sahko.
I am not a bot. No, seriously, I'm not. |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle You would have thought that if he wanted to play in the season opener against Everton then he would be playing against Hertha Berlin and if he wanted to play Hertha on Sunday then he would have been training today. On the basis nobody has confirmed he has been training I guess none of these things are going to happen. Very worrying to be honest. Can anyone give any info to dispel these thoughts?

Twould be nice to know alright ! Surely someone must've seen him if he was there. The silence is deafening. Maybe one of d klingons would let us know , they're quick enough to say he wants to leave.

Supposed to be back training as of August 1st. Rumour has it he was sat at home sulking yesterday. The plot thickens by the day! From Dom Fifield's season preview, published yesterday: "The 26-year-old is not due back at Beckenham until next week."

From Dom Fifield's season preview, published yesterday: "The 26-year-old is not due back at Beckenham until next week." The question I would be asking is whether Kouyate is back training because he was in the Afcon longer than Wilf. If Kouyate is back and Wilf isn’t then something is amiss.

I agree. I dont know if Kouate is back in training either but it seems strange to me that any player is not back for training a week before the season starts. I hope there isnt a problem here? I think we have Wilf for at least another half season but I worry about his attitude if he stays. Im not suggesting he won't give his best for the team but I wonder if an unhappy Wilf is going to have a season/half season of arguing with refs/team mates all the time because his heads not right? I hope im worrying about nothing. The question I would be asking is whether Kouyate is back training because he was in the Afcon longer than Wilf. If Kouyate is back and Wilf isn’t then something is amiss. Edited by BeckenhamSteve (02 Aug 2019 11.38pm)

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
