If you're in SE Asia how do the indigenous folk get caribou poo? considering caribou can only be found in the northern hemisphere. Also, why on earth would you even consider replying to my post, in such a remote and rural location? 1.your ego is such, that the need to tell people where you've Been, who you know, and who you chatted to, is so overwhelming you just can't help yourself. First, explain the Caribou situation, and which country you're in. I can see another squirming excuse like the one about Friday prayers coming up. As long as you get a signal from that mega slow cell. Edited by Park Road (25 Jun 2019 10.21am) Edited by Park Road (25 Jun 2019 10.23am) Caribou is what the locals here call water buffalo, so that's what I know it as. I had to research it's real name. I responded to point out that not everyone has access to modern life or will be willing and able to benefit from automation. I also thought it quite instructive that the name of the great orange leader was unknown here. Why so many edits? Try a slow connection then you tend not to make mistakes. I have lots of time on my hands here so can be patient. This trip is really for my wife's benefit.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

Yet still managed to get the spelling wrong... Carabao Spelling tips I have to wonder about you. There are some seriously weird contributors to these threads but most at least try to address the subject. I can assure you that in the location I am in the local spelling is Caribou. You would have to dig deep to know why but it is the local dialect of a regional language. I checked that with my wife and that's what they were taught. The teaching here isn't up to much to be fair. Why this seems to matter so much to you amazes me. Not for the first time you seem intent on trying to find reasons to make personal criticisms which have nothing whatsoever to do with the subject. All I did was make some light hearted observations yet here we are again with you posting pointless responses. I think you were warned, and then put on the naughty step for a while. Up to you of course and certainly not up to me but I would stop now if I was you.

That's rich coming from someone who makes comments like " not all kids are angels" Still I'm sure you got an excuse about that, my false working class claimer. Thanks for your advice, but if I was gonna take advice, it would be from someone with better credibility than you. Edited by Park Road (26 Jun 2019 12.45pm)

Well when it comes to posting 'pointless responses' I'd certainly agree that your experience is something to wonder at. Perhaps if Hol moderators were delegates they would carry out your wishes. However, as they aren't I guess you will just have to accept that plenty of us view your posts with considerable skepticism. Edited by Stirlingsays (26 Jun 2019 12.28pm)

Those are questions - what is your point? You know the point. Those deaths are tragic and everytime a child dies due to bad decisions an adult makes that tragic tint is darked even further for me. That said, the BBC....especially its website continually push immigration in a positive light and the efforts against it in a negative light. Can you think of a BBC article where it focuses upon the successes of border immigration control?

I don’t know the point, because he hasn’t made one - you have a very overt habit of jumping to the defence of anyone right-leaning on here; it’s a bit odd.
