I agree...he could have quiet easily put this to bed ages ago and say he’s a palace player and that’s the end of of it...but no Charlie big potatoes wants to play in the champions league... with Arsenal! Then Everton and now Spurs! I was always taught to not bite the hand that feeds you... I’d sell him, he ain’t as good as he thinks he is... he deserves dogs abuse at Selhurst... Look forward to seeing how well that goes for you if he does stay...
"Brighton are talking about how they're coming for us. And it's like, we've been waiting in the Premier League for you for ages." Wilfried Zaha, 2017. |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle Sorry if I've missed this, but has he returned to training yet? Yes, I know he played in Africa, but we're not very far away from season start - and it would be nice to know if Wilf is with us or not! But, as usual, I suppose we'll still have the madness of a last day transfer rush.

I wondered how it could be a reply in relation to what I said. No I think it’s to what I wrote... maybe dogs was too strong. However Mr Zaha needs to realise he’s taking the piss and if he does have to stay with us earning his paltry £6.5m a year (bless his little cottons) then it should be made quite clear to him from all four stands that he needs to put in a number of performances to get the fans back on side.

Yet nothing to do with ‘being with us’ in the sense of part of us next season.

But has he said this? or are you taking Sky's word for it? "He ain't as good as he thinks he is" Oh dear...been watching Palace for 58 years he is certainly one of the best players I have ever seen in a Palace shirt. What is wrong with having self-confidence?

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle Pretty sure both Arsenal and Everton, have used Wilf as clic bait to land the real targets, both well off what they know is the SP buy him now price. Fortunately for us but unfortunately for Wilf, I can’t see any team stumping up north of 60 mill, 50 at a push, but there are only a handful of those teams that have that buying power. Looking forward to another season with Wilf at Selhurst, maybe DF/SP can find a replacement for next season.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle I agree with some of the media stories that he is most likely to go to Chelsea next season. I think this is s sensible result all round. It might allow Batshuyai to come our way as well in part payment. That means one more year for Zaha in red and blue, so if it’s true here is hoping for a tremendous send off year for everyone. 15 goals, 15 assists would be perfect.

He is now going to be scrutinised to death, if he really really wants a great move he has to show and prove it consistently for every moment on the pitch otherwise..... Personally I don't think he is anywhere near consistent enough he is distracted too easily by anything around him ..hence he plays for us.
