Mrs YT and I have an innocent little parlour game where we attempt to note every use of the term "community leaders" in the news. Who exactly are these leaders, because I've never met one or been led by one? Who appoints them and gives them them their authority?

Picking a member of HOL entirely at random; who does Wisbech regard as being his community leader or leaders?

No. I think you’ll be called racist if you take the death of children as an excuse to set fire to a mosque and blame immigration without any equivocation as to actual facts before they’re established.

Lol

If you disprove of rioting and lawlessness, as many have vehemently claimed they do on numerous threads over the years, then you surely disprove of yesterday's actions - I don't think that's a complicated or controversial point to make.

Why am I always expected to specifically address what you or others say? My comments are just as selectively chosen.

What is good for the goose Dan. I'm not writing a report on every point.

I'm not an egalitarian, believing a good number of its tenets to be fool hardy, so I'm not sure how I personally could be accused of that.

Treating people fairly sure, treating people equally is very dependent upon the situation.

In terms of the riots, we all know why they have happened. You can disapprove all you like...again working class white people get dumped on and yet are expected to take it.

Nod along to narratives, pay their taxes and take the lies. Have their living spaces taken by foreigners. Well, when it comes to their kids being knifed they are going to respond like every other group.

Where is our sugar? We get treated differently.

The London riots, due to a drug dealer getting shot. blm riots, due to a criminal in another country being killed by a police officer. Leeds riots, due to the police removing children from a family as they were worried if they took them out the country they wouldn't be able to return, yep you couldn't make it up. The Rochester riots, due to a male being kicked by a police officer after attacking 3 officers, 2 being female and breaking one of their noses. The Southport riots, due to the son of Rwandan immigrants, walking into a kids club and stabbing and killing little girls in a racist attack.

Out of them, it's really not too hard to see which group had a valid reason to be angry Is it. Especially after seeing the soft hand approach by police to previous riots.

i am a community leader. A community of other nutjobs sitting in other padded-cells.

but seriously, to add to your observation. We got another one really bad in Ireland. The TV news always has 'talking heads' , so called experts. From the NGO sector. With self important titles like Chief executive, president or chairman of the xyz focus trust foundation partnership...........its all just some b.oll0ckey attempt to manufacture consent. To brainwash us. A tinpot outfit with a Certificate of Incorporation, a filing cabinet and a big mouth.

NGO's are deliberately there to diffuse public anger. As in places like Southport.

Every single one of these 'experts and commentators' is Woke beyond belief.

Everyone think the cause they support is valid - that’s essentially what allows them to engage in such lawlessness in the first place.

You’re not expected to do anything, I’m just making an observation.

If Southport was South Carolina there would be a body hanging from a lamppost, who would have been lynched to satisfy the desire for immediate retribution.
It’s sad but after the rioters went back to wherever the came from the locals cleaned up the mess this morning.

Seems like the police have intelligence about further trouble potentially happening tonight and into the weekend.
Shame they didn't have intelligence that would have prevented the murder of innocent little girls.
Don't look over there, look over here...

hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing.

Local commentators, on the ground ?

if they speak government approved opinions...they are 'community leader'

if they speak the opposite ? .....they are 'agitators, rabble rousers, troublemakers , and the so called Far Right'
